It’s HOT!
It’s been really hot the last few days. I’ve been informed that the “rainy season” is over and now we’re really getting into summer. We might have some more afternoon showers, but not nearly so many.
I took a walk down the corner to do some errands; the walk there wasn’t bad at all, but by the time I came out of the store, it was V.V. hot and sunny and I was very happy to have my hat and sunglasses.
One of the errands I completed today was the rental of a new postbox within walking distance of the house.

Les and I are going to see Quantum of Solace tonight with some friends. I’m looking forward to it. I don’t think we have anything planned for tomorrow night, but we will be having “Thanksgiving Dinner” on Thursday - We’re going out to a restaraunt and inviting people with us. I think I’m going to be able to Skype with my family too. (Though before that, we have to drop off the hat and scarf I made for the Gerber’s daughter. Good riddance to that damned scarf.)
